EPA has named new members of the Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee (CASAC) Ozone Review Panel and has scheduled a public meeting May 4-5, 2005 to review the first draft of the ozone Criteria Document (CD).

The Clean Air Act requires EPA to establish an “independent scientific review committee” comprised of seven members to review the Criteria Document. This committee is known as the Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee, or CASAC.
